Ricardo Millet serves as the Director of Intelligence and Digitalization at Visit València, an organization responsible for promoting tourism in Valencia.
In recent years, Ricardo has led the implementation of various tools, such as a tourism intelligence system aimed at enhancing decision-making within the city’s tourism sector, a B2B CRM system to improve communication with all tourism stakeholders, and an internal management system to enhance the efficiency of Valencia’s promotional efforts.
His efforts have earned recognition through multiple awards and the designation of València as the European Smart Tourism Capital.
Before this role, Ricardo worked in consultancy, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the industrial policy of the Valencia region and gained experience in the financial field.
