I am a passionate and driven HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in the delivery of professional HR services and advisory across a number of key areas including: performance and talent management, EBA negotiations, HR legislation and employment law, employee relations, Union relations, payroll and performance management, KPI and labour cost analysis, succession planning, improvement of HR policies and processes, recruitment and development.

During my professional path I run start up and structuring projects of HR department within different clusters and populations.I thrive on service delivery and focus on building strong strategic relationships with clients across the business to deliver on commercial objectives.

I take a practical and hands on approach to developing strategies that make a difference to motivation and productivity, ensuring strategies match the needs of the business in order to achieve continuous improvement. I am extremely keen to work in a stimulating and challenging environment with strong business values and HR culture.
