Prior to his current role as a travel writer and tourism data analyst at Fortune Italia, he has occupied a variety of positions across print, broadcast and digital platforms: editor-in-chief (Lonely Planet magazine Italia), managing editor (Marcopolo tv), head of content (X2Tv, turismo.it), author (Lonely Planet, Polaris), director (Rai tv).
As an advisor for the Digital Strategy and Innovation component, he is a member of Bto’s scientific committee. Award-winning journalist and lecturer, he also serves as lead media herald for the Transformational Travel Council.
A deep-rooted background in statistics and social sciences, combined with a direct understanding of the travel industry, inspires his “knowledge first” approach in providing insights and analyses on the tourism sector’s dynamics.
