BTO is the place to discover the future of tourism, before the future arrives.

Every operator knows how important it is to be in the know in order to be competitive in such a rapidly-changing world.

In order to translate this vision into a successful event, we have always worked on two objectives in parallel: concrete training and digital innovation.

The recognition of our success is based above all on:

  1. the choice of always new and stimulating contents;
  2. the selection of high-level speakers, many of them internationally-renowned
  3. a contagious and exciting atmosphere.

At BTO, in fact, there is an informal atmosphere and a passion, both of which have become an integral part of the event. Human relations are always at the center even when talking about technology or digital tourism and this favors networking among operators and companies.

There are therefore four main reasons for participating:

  • to innovate
  • to understand
  • to learn
  • to create connections

BTO is a place where operators meet and exchange ideas regarding experiences that are different but coherent.

The scientific schedule presents more than 100 events including keynotes, panel discussions, “Toolboxes” and product presentations of the companies of the Club degli Espositori (Exhibitor’s Club)

By participating in BTO, tour operators can learn about the latest trends, receive stimuli and ideas, and enter into relationships with leading companies/brands in various sectors, with institutions, media, and international researchers.

Who it is addressed to

BTO is a “conference-event” that is difficult to define. It is also expo, seminar, debate, entertainment and much more, with a full schedule of events devoted to digital innovation in tourism.

Two days devoted to:

  • the operators of the long hospitality chain;
  • operators in the catering and agri-food sector;
  • those who are responsible for the governance of tourism in the territories;
  • collective stakeholders;
  • those engaged in marketing, promotion and distribution of the tourism product;
  • digital and technological suppliers of tourism and catering operators;
  • those who study, teach, do research.
